Caitlin McGregor

“I believe all women should get the support they deserve during pregnancy and postpartum including professional guidance to fully rehab and recover”
Caitlin McGregor Pelvic Floor PTA
Caitlin is a pelvic floor clinician specializing in working with women for birth prep and postpartum recovery. As a pelvic health clinician, she aims to raise the standard of healthcare for women so that becoming a mom doesn’t have to mean stopping doing the things you love.
“I believe all women should get the support they deserve during pregnancy and postpartum including professional guidance to fully rehab and recover”
“Too many women don’t know their full options prior to birth and have difficulty recovering properly. I personally found I was unprepared prior to the birth of my son and didn't know how to properly recover following birth.
I felt I couldn't be the mother my son needed because my needs had not been met. And I didn't know there was another way. This really fueled my passion to help women not lose themselves in the pregnancy and postpartum seasons.
I love seeing patients truly THRIVE and get back to feeling like their full selves"
Caitlin finds the anatomy of the pelvis and surrounding structures fascinating and hold them in reverence for the very important tasks they do for us every day.
"Many of us grew up not being able to talk about these "sensitive" subjects to anyone, much less a medical professional who brushes off our concerns. I aim to be that change. In our sessions, we will talk about the nitty gritty and you will be heard.”
Alongside helping women prepare their bodies for birth, Caitlin clinical skills include helping moms stay active and decrease back and hip pain during pregnancy, improve core muscle function and to get rid of pelvic floor dysfunction such as leakage, constipation, painful sex and prolapse symptoms.

The women we work with are often busy moms and working women who inspire and drive me to continue to provide the best available, compassion-filled care. I want every woman walking through our doors to feel nurtured, listened to, and hopeful."
Pelvic Floor PT, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist
Owner of Uplift Pelvic Health & Strength
Dr. Allison is a perinatal pelvic floor PT and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) passionate about helping women prevent and overcome pelvic floor issues and injuries to live as BIG as they desire!
She helps women stop peeing their pants, get rid of pain, become and feel strong and continue the activities they love.
Dr. Allison specializes in working with pregnant and postnatal women, fitness athletes, and women experiencing pelvic pain.
She enjoys collaborating with women during pregnancy who want to stay active, prepare their pelvis for birth, and safely return to exercise and full activity during the postpartum period.
Her practice brings together expert orthopedic and pelvic health treatment to provide a more holistic approach to rehabilitation for long lasting results.
She founded Uplift with the intent of making the highest quality one-on-one pelvic and orthopedic care accessible to people who want more than cookie cutter treatment.
Allison is certified in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (hands on treatment) through extensive training with Evidence in Motion and is Certified in Management of the Fitness Athlete (CMFA). She became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2016 and is a 200 hour yoga teacher.
Allison has extensive training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is passionate about helping women continue to exercise safely during pregnancy as well as fully recover (and become even stronger!) postpartum.
She also loves working with women through the perimenopausal transition (a very underserved group of women!)
Her interest in women’s health began following her two pregnancies when she discovered how little she felt in control of her body with returning to exercise.
She strongly believes quality pelvic health treatment can be life changing for women, and that it should be the norm for pregnant and postpartum women to have their pelvic floor function checked to help prevent pelvic issues over the lifespan.
Her treatment sessions involve thoroughly discussing clients preferences, treatment options and setting personalized goals. Sessions include hands on treatment and corrective exercises to guide healing. Some treatment options which are tailored to clients needs include joint mobilization, spinal manipulation and trigger point dry needling to optimize whole body movement and eliminate pain.
